Staff were great, booked an MOT test online with literally one hour notice. Got there and they were clearly busy but had no problem at all getting it done. Even showed me around the car and what needed keeping an eye on whilst it was up on ramps. Would definitely book with again.

I booked to have my headlights changed. I turned up at the right time but wrong centre. The staff were lovely, fitted me with new headlights straight away. Really quick. Told me how to get a refund for the original booking, which took me about two minutes. Have used them previously & always find them efficient.

First time using this garage, great experience with MOT. Booked the day before, great that there are specific time slots. Garage very easy to get to. They advised it would take an hour and called me to say ready for collection almost exactly an hour after drop off. Car was returned clean. Obviously vehicle dependent but mine was passed with no advisories and there was no attempt to up-sell any additional products or services. Would certainly use again.

I brought my car to the garage at 8.15am. There was no other vehicles there. I was greeted politely by an employee who suggested that I leave the car at the side of the open rear door. Being there that early, I assumed that the car would be ready by lunchtime as it only required an interim service. When I called to ask when the car might be ready I was told that it would be “later that afternoon”. I had to retrieve the car as I had much to do that afternoon. I collected it from where I’d left it, outside the rear door.

I cannot recommend Halfords due to my recent service experience at the Leeds Roseville Road branch. Despite bringing in my car for an EPC light issue and following the recommended services, my car broke down immediately after leaving the garage. The diagnostics were inaccurate, resulting in additional expenses and inconvenience. The overall service was substandard, and the breakdown occurred within moments of leaving the premises, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.

These guys got me out of a difficult situation. I was a long way from home when I got a warning re my brakes. The Audi garage in Leeds couldn’t help. I was left not knowing whether my car was safe to drive or not. The staff (particularly Umar) put my mind at ease and got the job done. Extremely polite and helpful. I was able to make the long journey home safely. THANKYOU!!
