Ruined the belt buckle of a new pair of suit trousers, to the extent it looks like a dog tried to bite it off. Refused to admit liability and even had the nerve to suggest I did it myself! Plain rude, never got a refund or free repair. Please avoid, I’m furious enough.

The worst dry cleaners in London.They’ve previously ruined my curtains, suggesting that that they were poor quality. John Lewis had something to say about this. Only when I threatened legal action and that I’d stand outside and alert every customer of the poor service, and I’d report them to trading standards , did they cough up for new curtains.Also, a minor jeans repair failed after one wear and they refused to make good for free. The guy in the shop actually asked if I’d gained weight. What a rude fool. He’s lucky I didn’t headbut him from across the counter.I’d given them a second chance with dry cleaning and basic repairs due to the convenience. No more.You see their true colours when they ruin your items and you expect them to make amends. They are rude and obnoxious and don’t deserve your business.Don’t be fooled by the disclaimer on the wall - Once they take your items, they accept all liability for any damages that occur during their care.Luckily, there are hundreds of dry cleaners to choose from. Though bear in mind that this is just the front for a chain who took over a few years ago.I’d not trust any of the positive reviews on here as 2 are written by one man who looks suspiciously like a member of their staff. The only other one is old and refers to the previous management.It’s amazing how these one off positive reviews appear to counter the genuine customer reviews. Do these idiots think we’re as gullible as them?I wish this company spent as much time trying to improve its service as scamming reviews.Avoid at all costs.

Warning ⚠️Stay away from this dry cleaning Do not put your well-loved expansive garment At-risk.If you do you will find it either colour is been added or it's damaged.very unprofessional customers services lack of knowledge and understanding of the trade, the English language is a big problem. The lady do not seem to have an answer to your question she tries to smile at everything you say is very frustrating.using them seems like you paying for problem, I am very disgusted with the level of services I received from this establishment.Will never ever use again.

It's supposed to be cheap but as it turns out it's just dishonest.Left one suit, one skirt and one coat to clean. The suit came back with stains and the coat was completely ruined by the cleaning. So 2 out of 3 items were damaged.Don't trust the sign on the wall where they compromise on refunding the cleaning price and part of the item's value if the clothes are damaged or lost.They won't refund any of your costs and in fact will go back on their word several times even if just to avoid some small responsibility.

Technically the worst dry cleaning I had. Shirts came back with yellow armpits, which took me months to get back to white. It was also very expensive and very bad service. That was back in Spring 2017 so I hope they changed their ways since...

First of all very unprofessional customer service I have ever recieved. The staffs and service are so disappointing, I had given my expensive coat for dry cleaning and was charged a quite high amount for the service but when I collected it the coat was whole ruined. When I confronted them about it they just denied and behaved very rudely specially the lady who is working in the customer service. The staffs don't even know how to talk with their customers as they seem very confused about their job role.Was really very upset and would not recommend to use their service.

Anything that doesn't require ironing comes back alright (cashmere sweaters, wool jackets etc.) but theprofessional" ironing of button-up shirts and blouses is some of the worst I've ever seen."

Even shirts were treated poorly: one of the white shirts was covered with red threads. The ironing was the worst I’d ever seen - the sleeves were crumpled but with long creases

I thought my cream coloured Burberry trench coat was ruined when a glass of red wine was spilt all over it. They managed to make it look good as new. Would recommend.

Amazing customer service..They have experience for over many years with dry cleaing. They greet their customer so nicely whenever I enter Their shop. Once I had droped my cloth and I need it urgently. I called them and they try to manage delivery cloth on time which has impress me a lot. Infact I travel to their shop rather than my local dry cleaners. Highly recommanded
