Breakthrough Soft Tissue Therapy
Was not sure what to expect as I had never had any form of sports massage before. Had an appointment booked with Mel today as advised by my GP after sustaining a back injury without knowing the route course. Mel explained exactly what she was going to do and why and also the science behind it. Extremely engaging and professional throughout and I can honestly feel the diffrence already. This makes a massive difference to day to day quality of life. Expectation management, I know it will take time to fully recover however I already feel 110% better. Great work, many thanks.
