Superb landlord! We've had attractive and homely accommodation all year, with minimal problems. The issues we did have were sorted quickly, if not the same day where possible. They made the process of future house viewings easy for us by keeping us well informed unlike other student estate agent around the area. Very happy with the service all year!

The best student landlords in Sheffield! I am going into my third year and second house with them. I have never had any problems with the landlords and when there are issues with the house they are always very fast to respond. They have a fantastic system for house maintenance and often carry out repairs pre-emptively before a problem arises. The staff are always very polite and helpful and have ensured that it's always been a pleasure renting with Capland.

Lived at one of the properties '15 to '16.High quality throughout.Plentiful kitchen space as well as lounging area.Very quick response and attendance to issues.Occasional pressure washer clean was a nice touch.Deposit returned without any problems.Upon moving in the mattress was in terrible condition - but Capland replaced it with a high quality unit within a week.Friendly team which maintained great communication.

This is my first year renting a property with Capland and have been amazed by the customer service I have experienced so far. Before moving into the property we were informed the whole flat was being refurbished and a brand new kitchen fitted. Capland always keep us up to date with any maintenance work or visits that are arranged and make sure the times suit the tenants well. The staff are very friendly and have dropped by to complete an induction with us to inform us about how everything in the property works and to make sure we’re settling in well and feel safe here during our studies. All the staff at Capland are friendly and approachable and listen to any concerns over the phone or in the office and act upon these as soon as possible. I am grateful I am able to stay with Capland for the last year of my studies and would recommend Capland to any other student looking to rent with a reliable landlord in Sheffield.

We spend 5 days cleaning our house thoroughly, to receive money to be taken off our deposit. We took photos after to show how clean each rooms was. When challenge, we was sent unclear photos 'claiming' damages. Just trying to get money out of you.
