Quite new into the area found the hideaway as what I thought was going to be my forever hair salon. First appointment was brilliant very welcoming and very friendly I walked in there with jet black hair and came out with light brown with highlights. Happy. Second appointment not so well at all. My hair was back to dark with not a single highlight to be seen. Even though I sat for 3 hours with a full head of highlights. I messaged Louise the next day with a picture of my hair saying I wasn't happy with it and it was really dark again. The message was read and the picture was seen but had no response what so ever just totally ignored. I had a pre booked appoiment at the end of the month and I was never even contacted to see why I never went. (Assuming it's becuase of my last message being ignored) to say that everytime I attended it was costing me £90pound each time to just be ignored like that and left with a hairstyle I wasnt happy with was totally unacceptable. Just rude and not professional at all. Wouldn't recommend. The only good thing to come out of it was I have my old hairdresser back and he rectified the mistakes that was clearly made.

Since jamila Paul's closed I will not go anywhere else fantastic people can't do enough for you always feel like a million pound walking out can't rate this salon enough very friendly staff great bunch of women! Thanks girls you all do an absolute amazing job !!
