This was our sixth visit and no doubt we’ll be back again this year. Fantastic place and they think of absolutely everything, from securing your garden for the dogs to providing firewood and bikes for free use. The attention to detail in the barns is lovely, they all have a slightly different feel, and they are always so spotless when you arrive that you feel someone really cares about your stay. If you haven’t been, we would highly, highly recommend. Thanks to Carl, Nigel and the team as always.

Great stay in a quiet area, far enough away from things to feel secluded, but close enough to pop out and pick up any food and drinks. Cottage was really cosy, welcoming and homely, the garden was a nice size and the hot tub was lovely and warm and a nice size for the 2 of us to relax and unwind. The grounds are nicely laid out and pretty. The extra touches were really nice and thoughtful from the welcome breakfast basket, to the shed stacked with board games and free use of the bicycles. Both had a really great stay and would highly recommend

Where do I start? Carl and the team went above and beyond right from the beginning. The cottage was as beautiful as described, clean, easy to find (in the dark) and easy to settle in. We stayed in early Jan and didn't need to use the log burner as the cottage was always at a good temperature. Lots of places claim to be dog friendly when they are really only dog tolerant. The Gipping Barn (and I'm sure the other barns are the same) were ideal for Paco and he loved the little personal touches like the dog treats, doggy passport and extra poo bags! And he could keep warm in the kitchen doorway whilst we were in the hot tub. The cottages are in an ideal location for exploring Suffolk with a car or on foot as there are walks nearby. Tonnes of great recommendations on their website and in the booklet including lots of dog friendly places. Loved there was a bluetooth speaker although it could be a little temperamental. I wanted to make the stay extra special which was easy to do through Carl and team. We will never forget our stay! The level of detail on their website is just a taster of what to expect. I will be sending my parents here too. I very nearly booked an AirBnB but I'm so glad I found Woodfarm Barns at the 11th hour and very pleased to be supporting such a fantastic local business. It was so much more personal and authentic. Why did it take me so long to find you?!

First time here with our dogs, warm cozy little cottage in cute little community of fellow dog lovers. Underfloor heating appreciated by our pooches, lovely jar of natural treats for them, a secure garden with lots of sniffs. For us humans, a lovely welcome hamper with everything needed to settle in, clean cottage with comfy bed and en suite shower. Hot tub in garden but far too cold to venture out to it this time, maybe when we return, booked a cottage with enclosed garden room next time. Great info book detailing local independent businesses to visit, wonderful and refreshing to be guided away from the usual giant supermarkets, nothing to dislike here.

Booked this accommodation as a mini moon and unfortunately we found that the bed was not only extremely hard and uncomfortable but it sloped down either side so we had to hold on so as not to fall out. My husband slept in the middle of the bed in a v shape as he is over 6ft and I had the sofa for 5 nights. Also we cooked on the first night but ended up washing up a number of items beforehand. Bathroom is also in need of a bit of TLC. Shower head desperately needs descaling and the water was warmer in the hot tub which I might add was fabulous. Our German Shepherd enjoyed the meadow every morning which is a lovely idea.

A small oasis of calm in Sussex. Each barn individually styled in a rustic cottage style. Stuffed full of thoughtful touches like the sumptuous breakfast basket, the bountiful supply of tea and coffee. The extra towels, gowns and slippers for the hot tubs. Extremely well thought out plots offering privacy and personal space. All in all a great place to slip away to without having to plan too hard!

Lovely little spot to chillout and get away from the norm. Hot tub was lovely and warm when outside was cold and wet. Can't recommend the barns enough if you want a little escape, has all the things you need and the breakfast hamper provided some delicious local products to get the day started the right way!

We had a delightful long weekend on the Twee Gebroeders. The barge is quirky and comfortable, well stocked with everything you need and the breakfast hamper was a thoughtful touch. The location is idyllic, watching the sun rise across the estuary whilst the wading birds sought out their breakfast was magical. When the tide came in, it was interesting to watch all the water activities taking place such as kayaking and rowing. Although the barge is near a public quay, it was very peaceful. Highly recommend!
