Update *** Despite emailing over 4 weeks ago not one person has replied or tried to resolve this. Absolutely disgusting !!!Avoid this garage at all costs! Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life!When I was buying the car they couldn’t be more helpful calling with updates untill pen was to paper the service was a disgrace!After only 5 months of having the car there was a water leak in my car which stunk my car out , they confirmed they could see my car within a week if I was paying but if I was going through the warranty it would be 3 weeks before it could be seen to look at issue and no courtesy cars in whole business I could have meanwhile!After complaints , which the customer service adviser who the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever spoken to - I went direct to MG head office who arrange a courtesy car and a date to collect.I was not kept informed throughout process , managers promised faithfully to call back and never almost every single day!The car was eventually fixed which I found out by calling up as again nobody called me , and told the courtesy car was due to be returned on the Saturday however untill then I could could collect my car from them or the sales part of garage by the service team on a record line.When I went to collect the car I was told it was not the correct information and I was given , and I fact couldn’t collect from anybody apart from the service department. So confirmed it would be Saturday , when I called on Saturday I was told the car was due back Friday and they would drop my car off ( after I continued to push for answers and asked for a a manger again!)When I eventually got the car back , the mats which I paid for were not back on the car , the roof was filthy which is white interior with handprints and a slash mark on my carpet!When I contacted them I was asked to again take my car in to have a FULL VALLET. When I picked the car up it was still full of dust and dirty foot prints from boots which wasn’t there when I dropped off. I then had £50 taken from my account without my permission , when I called I was told the hire care was late, after a debate the manager promised he would listen to calls and call me back 24 hours max … as usual 2 weeks passed no call back … I called back and promised manager to call back & again no call back!I returned the call and asked for manager who confirmed he would put £50 fuel in my car …. No apology no offer of refund for their wrong information! And again a call back would be made before 6pm or 9am the next day which was yesterday & again no call backs!!!The garage is a disgrace and has no customer service or keep to any promises at all!Scandalous place leaving a customer out of pocket and a car that looks years old when it’s brand new !!!
