I started my property search on Monday morning. Monday afternoon I did a viewing with Sophie Klineberg. By Thursday morning I had my move-in date confirmed and the entire process completed. She was outstanding. She is efficient, responds lighting fast and is just a lovely warm person. I was so impressed with Heritage One. Sophie went the extra mile going over and above the service offered by most agents. They arranged excellent photography, kept me constantly up-to date of progress, helped with compliance and documentation , quickly found excellent tenants at asking rent and was available for key collection , cleaning inspection and check in. I literally could not ask for anymore. First rate.

Sophie Klineberg is super nice, helpful, responsible and trustable !She always replied ASAP and fully solved all the problems and questions.You can feel very safe, settle and relax with Sophie in such a heavy issue (house finding etc) .I would strongly recommend One Heritage London in house renting or buying.
