Ben was recommended to me by a fellow trader friend of mine, my watch needed not only a polish but to sort out a few dents in the case most polishers would polish the case down to a horrible shape but Ben laser welded and re-finished the case to such a high standard that it looks brand-newIf you are a true horologist and appreciate those sharp cases he’s the man for you, and he had it turned around in a day!Top fella top service

Gary cleaned both my 1995 18k Yellow Gold/crocodile strap Rolex Daytona, and my GMT II 18k Rose Gold/bi metal Root beer watches to absolute perfection. Fantastic watch repair service. Best service going, they wanted £300 to fix my tissot in my local area which is in the North of England. Ben did it for £60 so posted it to him in London and it was done within a week fantastic service could not be happier.

Ben was great. Fast response, and you want that when flying in for a few days, things need to be planned.When I came, the location did raise flags when you leave your Rolex with just some guy. But he took my watch and a bracelet and gave them ad polish in 73 mins. Superb job, superb guy. Recommend him any day.Elli
