Disappointed. Went to buy an ironing board, but was greeted with the display shown. When we eventually got a board out, it was so bent it wouldn't stand straight. Another had the feet missing already. We actually couldn't get the boards back into the display, so we had to leave them.The rest of the store was ok though.

What a shambles of store. Wanted to buy 2 kitchen bins and 75% of the section had no prices so kept having to ask someone from the fabric sec to do a price check. Used the men's loo's and no hand soap and hand dryer didn't work, this is next to the café!!

Good choices and prices, went for a specific piece of wall art previously seen. Packet stated price but label on shelf £10 less, the name of product was the same. I queried this at the till but was told bar code different and they had the cheaper product elsewhere on the store earlier in month. I did buy the item but said the shelf label should be for the correct product. I don't expect this has been changed.

Dunelm is a great place to buy all of your homewares- didn't manage to get what I wanted on this occasion.Good is quality but higher priced items sold here.Places like the Range are better value for money but the quality isn't always as good.

Well I was very suprised that after just 2 mins of looking at a new rug, an advisor came over to ask me if I needed help, and promptly assisted with the purchase of a new rug, this is such an oddity these days, that staff pre emptly choose to assist customers, and it was very busy as well. Well done.

Large store with a vast selection of homeware items. Pleasantly welcomed by a staff member at the entrance. All the shelves were well stocked, tidy and clean. Lots of staff to ask where items were - very helpful and showed us directly to what we was looking for. Cafe was clean and tidy with a reasonable selection of options. Going through the checkout was quick and easy. Plenty of parking close to the store if you have a lot of items or heavy items.

Always a well stocked store and not really a long wait at the checkout. Nice friendly staff and usually easy to park.

God help Britain if were get involved in a war. If any of the staff were conscripted they would all cry for the manager.The staff in here are so thin skinned they are almost transparent.Hopeless shop, staff no nothing......totally useless.One star for the car park

the cafe is run by some lovely ladies who are a pleasure to be served by felt so welcomed, the service was immaculate and the food and drink was amazing!! would go here again just for lunch and the ladies who run the cafe are an asset to the whole shop!! this is coming from an 18 year old who wouldnt of ever thought to go in there usually!!

Man standing at door for collections was super helpful. Lady who worked on shop floor was rude, unhelpful and looked like I was an inconvenience to her day. Made up by the male assistant going out of his way to help. Shop itself is decent
