Heights Farm Pet Foods

Have been feeding islay the salmon and potato kibble for quite a while now...she definitely likes it and that makes me happy. I can't give her any chicken as she is intolerant, and I believe this is the only one that doesn't contain any chicken ... so limits my choice, but on the whole a very happy customer. The service from Alison and Steve is amazing, they are wonderful, always there for advice and a friendly chat.Oh ... And delivered to my door!! 5+ stars!!!

Fantastic product! This is the first food that our 12 year old Cairn Terrier, Meg, has EVER eaten with relish - she is usually very fussy, but the duck and potato goes down a treat :) It is great to know that she is enjoying her food and that the food is actually good for her - she is regularly mistaken for a pup. Alison from Heights Farm offers a super service and will always go out of her way to ensure that she delivers the food as soon as possible - she always has a smile and time for a chat and there is always chance to try out different products should you want to, as Alison always has sample bags available. So happy to have found this great company. Keep doing what you are doing!!!

I can highly recommend Alison and Steve for their products and customer service. When we welcomed Albie to the family I contacted Alison to ask for advice on what food to buy. Her response was fast and knowledgeable information given. The puppy food is great quality and I wouldn’t feed our dog anything less. Delivery is seamless and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Heights farm Pet foods ! My Dogue de bordeaux X Boxer has always been extremely fussy, Heights farm have been amazing in helping me determine which food my boy prefers by providing samples and actually taking an interest asking questions about him and his behaviour. He has never looked better his coat is shining and a previous injury left him with a limp after vigorous exercise which I haven't seen since starting him on the food with extra joint care ! Thank you for giving my happy boy back Heights Farm.

Our 3 year old WCS loves Heights Farm! She'd had tummy troubles when she was younger and we'd tried a number of options, but since starting Heights Farm she's happy, healthy and full of energy. Alison and Steve are lovely, and Nellie always gets a warm welcome when we see them out and about.

Mabel, our Lancashire Heeler, is besotted with the treats from Heights Farm!The treats from the *famous brand* made her very poorly indeed, so we were stuck on what to give her.Fortunately, a friend found the Heights Farm stall at a fair, and gifted Mabel these natural treats, and she has been waggling ever since.It helps that Alison and Steve, are also amazingly friendly too!Cannot recommend their dog foods enough.

Alison and Steve offer a fantastic and seamless service for our dog Prince - delivering a choice of local quality pet food that he will continue to eat after nearly a year of having it. When a new one arrives he is all over it - in the past I have tried several premium dry pet foods which he goes off quite quickly. Their quick hassle-free delivery service is second to none too!

I’ve been getting Ollie’s food from Heights Farm for a couple of years now and it’s great , one less thing to run out of , one less bag to carry back from the supermarket and Ollie loves all the flavours! I order a large bag every few months (less packaging than if I bought smaller bags from the supermarket, another positive) and it’s delivered to my door promptly by the lovely owners ! I can’t recommend them enough!
