What an amazing experience. Stunning dresses and beautiful staff I genuinely felt amazing x

I went with my daughter as she was looking for a prom dress & after a long & disappointing search of most of the shops in the Cribbs Causeway mall, we were attracted to the shop by the lovely dresses on display in the window. The customer service was outstanding from the time we walked in, on the shop floor & in the fitting rooms to the time we paid for the dress. Every single member of staff we interacted with was so friendly & helpful, even suggesting dresses my daughter could try after we explained what we were looking for & offering to hold dresses in the fitting room so we didn't have to carry them around while shopping. She had a difficult time choosing a dress out of the lovely ones that she tried but there was one which stood out & we have one happy prom goer!I've never noticed it before & this was my first time in AGT as I've not done much physical shopping since the pandemic but it was such a lovely experience I would definitely go back & I would definitely recommend it.

Oh my goodness, what to say??? This is my new favourite shop. Sadly I’m from Cornwall, and we don’t have one down here but it’s certainly worth the trip! Everything, from the pieces available, the prices and the staff were 5 gold stars. The girls working on Sunday 3rd September were excellent. So helpful, so cheerful and lovely. An absolute pleasure to shop there. Thank you!

I feel like my last review wasn't very good. However, I do feel it was a bit all over the place, and maybe a little dark in store. but the products available were of a good standard, and a good selection. I did like the selection of bags, even though I didn't buy one this time around. I would visit again.

I had an amazing shopping experience today. I hate shopping. I just don't have the patience to try and select different clothes. But all the girls were amazing. The first girl that approached me was so lovely and helpful. I cannot praise all the staff enough. Sorry I didn't get their names. I will always want to go back. They did everything for me. I told them what I needed and they choose the design , size etc and patiently waited for me to try them all on. A big thank you to all the lovely girls there.

I always love shopping here, the dresses are incredible and I think very affordable considering there are so many fully beaded floor length dresses! Above this though, I am always blown away by how genuinely lovely the staff are, they really make effort to chat and you leave feeling like you’ve just left your friends house! I wish all shops could have this approach to customer experience! Big thanks keep up the good work. Love from the girl who loves a long beaded dress and will be graduating in one next week! Lydia x

The most bespoke shopping experience I’ve ever had! The staff were so lovely and even pulled up further options based on the ones I initially selected - I ended up walking out of there with 3 dresses! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

Lovely shop full of amazing clothes, handbags & shoes.I was served by a super helpful, kind & considerate girl who even put boots on my arthritic feet! Such a lush shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back.
