I'm extremely disappointed with service that I have received from this company. I took my trailer to them to change the connector and change the lights. I have had nothing but warning lights on my car since I have had these fitted. I have called them to resolve to be told that I now have to pay an hourly rate to have it looked at to fix the issue to the parts they have supplied.

Got our caravan up and running at very short notice after a brake failure, meaning we could go on our summer holiday. Working great. Very fair charge. Thank you so much

A fantastic company, went in to Purchase a couple of new wheels and tyres, didn’t have them in stock so went to the effort of removing them from a new trailer they had on display !! Couldn’t have been more helpful, their trailers are very nice quality also ! Would definitely buy again here !!

Travelled all the way from Shrewsbury for a simple jetwash hire, arrived at motiv which presented difficulty when trying to find the site at first, as the postcode etc did not take me to the right place. When I finally arrived, I went into the reception with two work colleagues. After 15 minutes of giving them various information, which may I ad the consumers rights act does NOT regard by law, they finally came to the salty conclusion they were not “comfortable” with hiring out tools to me personally… Understandably, this both left me angered and shocked, as I couldn’t put my finger on why? Long story short, Motiv are extremely racist, as they felt me being an honest working, tax paying, family man, Romany gypsy felt them compelled to send me away! Unless you are a white British person, don’t expect any sort of decency, as this company seems to be stuck in the era where races were divided on a bus!!! I hope Motiv’s Employees and owners seriously reconsider their actions, as they will be hearing from my solicitors ASAP. Racism is not in any form acceptable and I hope Motiv gets due Justice!J.G.

We bought a Combi-UC kayak trailer with adjustable length draw bar and lockable lid. Alex couldn't have been more helpful during the ordering process, and was very happy to answer all queries, and accommodate some tweaks to the specification to suit our personal requirements. We are delighted with the quality of the trailer, and it is everything we had hoped for. We bought the trailer before lock-down, so it had to sit waiting at their premises for several months before we could pick it up. The trailer had been well looked after during this period and was in pristine condition on collection. I would recommend Motiv Trailers very highly, and would use again without hesitation.

Once you have found this place .. i would highly recomend it .. very helpful and friendly staff and very reasonable prices ..I know because they helped me out when i had problems with my caravan electrics

Was such a pleasure to have found Motiv Trailers they were so helpful and staff were so friendly, I hired a 10 foot trailer to transport my stuff to Spain 1300 miles each way had a worry free trip with the trailer. Top company cannot praise them enough, thanks for everything

Bought a new canoe and kayak trailer, mc6pro. Communicated by email throughout the process no problem at all. On arrival for collection a problem was noticed with my tow bar, it was quickly and proffessionaly fixed so I could safely tow the trailer 400 miles home. Recieved excellent tips on trailer care and maintenance prior to setting off. Very happy, recommended to all.
