Citizens Advice Hackney

This place is closed down and is now in Hackney service centre behind town hall absolutely pathetic that they have not updated the address

I've been trying for three days between 10AM – 4PM to speak with someone via the phone line without any response. It just dials out and then hangs up after 40mins each time.

I wish the staff would answer the phone. I would spend at least half an hour waiting for a response, and nobody is prepared to pick up. Are they closed?

No one ever picks up and they cut you off automatically after 20 minutes of holding. What a joke

I've been trying to speak to someone at the Citizen Advice Bureau for over 30 minutes today and still no answer. You very well know many people need your help and advise so why don't you expand your phone lines further?

I can never get through to them. How you suppose to book the appointment if no one ever picks up the phone?

Multiple 40 minutes calls get disconnected and doesn't get answered. People in need counting on this service are being completely let down. Website provides outdated information. Definitely the service is understaffed and uderfunded. Outrageous.

This place clearly has no capacity to offer services.I have been trying to get connected to someone for weeks, calling at different times of day and each time getting disconnected after a 40 minutes wait on the line.Today I pressed the call button at 10:00 sharp - calling the usual number shown on the website and pressing 3 for Hackney as usual. A minute later I got connected to a completely baffled man, who, after asking who I was and what was the reason for my call, said that he didn't know why the system connected me to him since he wasn't on the helpline that day. Obviously hanging up and calling the number again at 10:02 meant that I waited another 40 minutes only to be automatically disconnected due to the high volume of calls.Not trying to put a blame on the employee - something is seriously wrong with this place in general, which I imagine is beyond their control. However, the reality is that you cannot expect to get any help from this service, which is a shame as they have been tremendously helpful in the past.

My brother is being evicted on 7th MayPlease respond to help. Been calling for 3 weeks but no success.
