So pleased to find this lovely shop, it’s every girls dream. The owner Sally is so helpful. Prices very reasonable: a few things for boys too and she wrapped things beautifully in organza bags for gifts. Highly recommend. :-)

First class customer service guaranteed at Ballet Pointe. The owner will spend however long it takes to ensure you leave 100% satisfied. Every effort is made to ensure that ‘perfect fit’ - whether it is clothing or footwear. If that ‘perfect fit’ is not in stock, then it is immediately ordered in. I simply can’t recommend this shop enough.

Sally is always so helpful and friendly and takes time to make sure you get exactly what you need and also won't try and sell you things for the sake of it and also makes sure there is plenty of growing room!

A fantastic little gem of a shop run by a lovely, friendly and helpful owner. Had the pleasure of stumbling across this shop by chance on a visit to Winchester. Left with some lovely leotards and lots of helpful advice.Any dancers in the area are lucky to have this facility. Thoroughly recommend.

The owner is just lovely. I went in with my daughter after school and was given as much time as needed to decide on the fittings. The owner is very friendly and takes her time getting to know you. I highly recommend Ballet Pointe and would certainly go back.

I called the store recently for some urgent help and I must say, the service I received was fantastic. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, showed empathy in my situation (been let down by an online delivery and wasn’t going to get the leotard in time for my daughters exam). She did a lot of work finding what I needed (despite low stock across the country). I would highly recommend this store

Highly recommended, professional family business that just love Ballet!As a dad who knows very little about ballet (sorry) I was a little intimidated when my wife who was working the weekend asked me to go here and ensure our 8 year old daughter had all the right kit. Due to it being COVID times there was a little wait because rightly only 2 customers can be in the shop at a time. But the queue was regularly kept informed and apologised to at all times which was lovely and appreciated.When it was our turn, the team could not do enough to put us all at ease and make sure we had everything we needed. As a family business owner myself I was even more impressed that it was a lady (Mum) and her daughter, then latterly son and husband helping where ever possible. It is such a great team, with a friendly and professional atmosphere.It is also so clear the whole family love ballet (the daughter had just come from the Royal Ballet House, the son from running a dance class)...my kids and I were bowled over by the positive experience.If ever there is a retail shop to support in Winchester, this gets my vote. We will not be going anywhere else, and I know more about ballet now than I ever thought I would do! Thank you and keep up the great work.

Agree 100% with previous 5 star review. Had passed this shop before and only discovered this little treasure trove when I needed a ballet outfit for my 5 year old. What a surprise! Not just all the dance kit you’ll need but everything unicorn, princess and fairy for your little ones. Great for little toys, gifts, fairy wings, stocking fillers, party treats etc. And all served by the most delightfully friendly lady. Will definitely return. Can’t recommend highly enough.
