Will never!!! Order from here again , we order several times a week as it’s normally fast delivery…. On an accident the food went to our old address this time and they asked for a delivery charge to our new address, we paid it no problem!! The manager was extremely rude saying he was take our food back and said we can have nothing !! Over £30 wOrth that we had already paid for !!! We are very loyal customers…. And you will never have an order from us again there is no need for rudeness, keep your food next time over priced anyways :)

my family and I have been using Furama for around 10 years now and we've never had any issues, always great food and friendly service from the staff in the shop and the delivery drivers. If you're reading this, I would advise you to try this takeaway because the low google rating is not a true reflection of how good the food and service is - imho

Ordered in shop, took 15 minutes to have my order completed, and it was very tasty and large portions on all courses, good value and will use as my regular now.Still a great standard of food slight price increase on July 23 menu but still worth it.

Found a pube in my food last year. Ordered through just eat and I cba with the hassle to get my money back. Short curly hair. When I went in to complain they was all bald!! Flys everywhere

Rice was cold , chow mein was bland and tasteless ! Not worth the money .use to be nice but has gone down hill .food does not taste fresh , taste like it’s been microwaved . I won’t be ordering from here again !

Called to order today and was greeted over the phone by a very rude and bad mannered young male. Has this place changed ownership? customer service was shocking! No manager to speak to either ! . Have had food from here for many years . But I will not be ordering again! To have the phone put down on you is not how you run a business ! VeryDisappointed

Went in here today to order a takeaway. Went in and the door chime sounded. I was the only one in there. I waited, and waited, and waited....you get the idea. Could here people talking in the back and no one appeared. Waited quite a while. So eneded up going to chippy next door. Only gave the food 1 star as I couldnt give a zero, and I did not get any. This place has really gone down. Its like a fortress in there with all the boarding around the counter. Looks like somewhere in the Bronx. I will never go again, I will not stand somewhere waiting to hand my money over when they do not have the courtesy to even attend to their customers. Seems like chatting amongst yoursleves earns a profit.

Have used here a few times. We went in to order this time and parked outside easily for free. Guy taking order was very friendly. I only had card but was told cash only. So I placed the order and popped down to cash point. We didn't have to wait long at all for food and it was piping hot. I had the crispy shredded chicken and chicken chow mein ( there was enough for that night and lunch next day ! ) Others had duck pancakes and their feedback was it was lovely". Someone else had curry and rice
