Really poor service!! If you want an apple product repaired go direct to apple not an approved partner. I turned up to get a battery replaced only to be informed they had to keep it over Christmas for repair!! I was initially informed they would do it whilst I wait. Poor service and no effort to resolve!!! Customer service wasn’t really interested. Computer says no!!!

I had brought a brand new laptop from Lenovo which was faulty within the first week. So many emails and headache vs Nwc direct who were brilliant! I was able to purchase a new laptop and received excellent service from Adam, who was kind but full of much knowledge! I would definitely recommend on the basis of the brilliant product and service I received . Thank you

Went with an iMac that wouldn’t boot up following a power cut. Adam and his team had a look at it, diagnosed it as a corrupted boot up procedure, they forced a software reinstall and recovered all the latest information (with the help of the Time Machine data I gave him). They rang me just over 24 hours after I’d dropped it off to say it was ready to be collected. They had it operating when I arrived, all looked well, took it home, everything just fine. Very competitive price. Couldn’t be happier.

Took in a broken Acer laptop which the guy explained was underpowered and not worth repairing. Bought a refurbished HP netbook at a good price all set up and ready to use. Its been perfect for my IT needs wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.
