Katya is an amazing teacher. She tailored the class to my needs and covered all details of the blind making process in just 3h, explaining different types of finish and fabrics, which would work well for my particular project. I highly recommend Katya, and I truly enjoyed my time at her cozy sewing studio. Nice place to learn.

Had an hour online one-to-one class. Although it was a short amount of time, the class was super useful! Katya was prepared and could guide me around my machine and accessories even from afar. She shared a lot of advice and approaches. A great one off gift for a sewing beginner and I'd definitely be interested in further classes.

Katya was the perfect choice for my wedding dress adjustments. She did a great job with adjusting the hem of my wedding dress and customised another dress with my leftover cuttings of the dress lace. I’m so happy with both dresses! She made everything easy and was reasonable with the price. Would recommend to others and contact again for future needs! Thank you!

Just had a very enjoyable class at Sew Pretty, and I highly recommend for anyone thinking about learning to sew or learning to use a sewing machine. It was a relaxed class of 5 beginners today and Sophie our teacher could not have been more patient and nice. She gives you ample time to get things right and practice, sharing her expert knowledge on sewing machines as well as tips on practical stuff such as hand placements, fabric and sewing machine positions on table etc. I felt great having made my first (of many more to come!) cushion cover. Lovely garden workshop setting and hospitality. Thank you.

I was given a sewing machine as a gift but was totally stuck on where to start with using it, so I signed up on a whim for a month of beginner’s classes. Katya is a wonderful teacher and the class provides a great atmosphere to learn with a few others but few enough that you can always get 1:1 attention when you need it.Once I’d finished the first one, I immediately signed up for the intermediate class which I’m enjoying even more. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to get started ❤️

Amazing 4 weeks on the Sew Complete course. I progressed from not being able to navigate a sewing machine to being able to make a cushion cover, skirt, and I have even begun making clothing for my dog to keep her warm. I also met some lovely ladies and it became a lovely Wednesday evening activity which I'll miss! Thank you Sophie and Katya for your guidance and I'll be getting some classes in the diary to continue progressing my sewing skills!

My daughter attended the kids sewing club today and she has not stopped talking about it since the second I picked her up. She had the best day, made three sewing projects and is absolutely thrilled with herself! I bought this as her birthday present and I’m so glad I did! Katya kindly squeezed me in with short notice to help alter my wedding dress after my wedding had been postponed a couple of times. She altered the length and darts plus added an extra button and hook & eye to make the dress feel extra secure. All done on time and really happy with the final results, thank you!
