I bought a coat yesterday from this store and once i got home i had realised it was damaged and it could not be worn. The next day I went to exchange it in the store and they refused. The price of the coat was £31. I kindly asked the manager for an exchanged and she claimed that all their clothes are damaged and they don't give refunds". I am very disappointed

I been today and seen lots of offers but the items most of the are like to be used one and cloths are rip off and shoes are warn already. I don’t understand why they seeking like this the Name under NEXT. Better go and buy charity shops or car boot than here

I was very disappointed, they stopped selling brand new clothes, now they sell second hand / used clothing or with defects, the prices are too expensive for what they're selling, charity shops are much cheaper, not going back.

My review is 0 star!The store is selling imperfect clothes, but they are transparent about this as the majority of goods are labelled as imperfect and just incase u can't see the imperfection they have kindly put a little sticker arrow beside it!Imperfect goods are not worthy the prices that this store is selling.Your better off at matalan clearance! Much better deals, depending in when you go!

I only went here to pick up an online order but walked out with my order and a beautifully perfect blazer for my husband for an upcoming family function. Priced at only £30; a fantastic bargain!

Used to be brilliant but now it's nothing more than an expensive charity shop. All items are not perfect now which is fine is that's how they wish to change the outlet store however they should at least be new/ clean. Sandals had dirty toe marks in, kids swimsuits had holes near the bum where it had been worn, bags had broken straps with bits of food/ bits in it from previous owner, bra that had been worn. Just awful. A number of customers whilst we were there said they wouldn't return and neither would I. Disgusting.
