I don't mind that this shop is a little pricey, but when the staff go out of their way to ignore customers, it really ticks me off. When I came to the counter to pay, they walked away without saying a word and left me waiting until I couldn't be bothered waiting anymore.

Did not buy had a look around don’t know what customer service was like as did not need any help, they seem to have many items for sale inside and also loads of garden pots compost chairs benches etc out side.

Having just moved to the area we have been picking up quite a few odds and ends for the house. On every occasion the current staff have been more than attentive and eager to help. Returning an item and getting a replacement was absolutely no problem at all.

Awful customer service, was sold the wrong item, and the excuse he’s just a young lad is more to do with the employer and training if he has been given any !! 16 mile round trip to exchange BUT I’ve been offered 10% off a second item should I wish ! I will be returning all items for a full refund instead.
