You have always done an excellent job and really appreciate everything you have done for me and my little family.I'd highly recommend Marks websters for all services. What fantastic customer service from Mark Webster Estate Agents. I recently purchased a house managed by this estate Agent and had supberb service. All my expectations were exceeded. I had great communications, and support from Chris, Jane and Anna throughout the buying process. I can honestly say making it all relatively stress free. From the moment Mark came to my home to give the valuation and explanation of selling my property I knew I was in safe hands.The marketing of my property was excellent.They informed me everytime there was a viewing giving me names and times etcOnce I had excepted an offer the sale was handed to Jane to oversee. Terrible opportunistic company. Landlord and estate agents charged full rent when left without lights for 8 months, house was falling apart with damp and mould attacking furniture and belongings. The estate agents originally tried deductions from deposit for painting over mould, also attempted to charge for draws in kitchen falling apart that was bodged before moved in. Due to this behaviour I knew they would keep deposit regardless as the attempts was opportunistic, therefore decided not to move any more items from garage. as they was keen to get free labour too. On returning to house to collect plants from garden, a subcontractor with a key free to roam was looking through items in garage with a neighbour few doors down. Later backtracked on those deductions but a cleaning bill still included cleaning of damp under sink lol. Looked for every avenue to keep deposit. Shame on you. Will be reporting to trading standards.

From our first visit with Mark to the final end of sale was a clean, precise and very efficient service. All the team at Mark Websters Estate Agents are friendly and always there to answer questions, putting you at ease with any doubts or queries.
