Soon after the purchase of our family car, we noticed some faults. We were advised by Elliot that if we take it to a local service to carry out the repair they will refund the cost after. This cost has never been refunded. I try to raise a complaint but nobody is dealing with it. It looks like everything gets back to Elliot and nothing moves after that point. We will never use them againReply to TMGYou should ask Elliot H. for all these details. It's just embarrassing to come back with this type of reply. Also, just for your information, the car was in service for more than 100 days and in this time we haven't received a replacement car or any courtesy car. TMG is very aware of our story and it's a shame that you come up with your pathetic reply.

Another car purchased from TMGElliot and Andy were fantastic, easy, no pressure purchasing - prepared to high standards.Nothing is to much trouble. I wanted the wheels a different colour and they managed to sort it. Noticed some light scratches when road testing - never bothered me as it is a second hand car but when I went to collect they’ve gone.Considering they sell a lot of cars a week we were never treated as a number. Purchased my car from Taylor’s and the team have always ensured that I am happy and everything is working well. Minor issues with the car just like any car or house I could buy, however it is always seen to and corrected promptly. The team ensure you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much. Popping down for a new bulb to be fitted, or any other problem if there is any.Elliott worked hard to ensure I would get my finance even though my credit wasn’t too great at the time. I am happy a year and half later. My friend signposted me to Taylor’s as she had good experiences to share and I was in need of a good reliable motor.Would highly recommend this service

Bought a car in Nov '22, was semi satisfied and wanted to give it time before writing a review. Delivery was free (car cost 18 grand) and the car was bought to me, for my test-drive. Very happy so far.I found it weird that the service history was missing and nobody seemed to consider it important. TMG messed up the mileage to take off maybe 50k or 100k before presenting the vehicle to me. Of course they very conveniently forgot to mention this to me, so I found out after I bought the car. A declaration that was sent to me while paying for the vehicle (not before) which mentioned that a similar worded disclaimer of the milage ... was affixed to the odometer when I viewed the vehicle...". This is simply untrue.On the day of delivery

Really happy to help when buying but not so happy to help once you have paid or have a problem. I was instructed my my finance company not to drive the car after an independent inspection and after a lengthy battle I was awarded a total refund as the car was unsafe. I wouldn't recommend TMG to my worse enemy. Absolutely diabolical service, car was unsafe yet managed somehow to pass an mot, tried to mug me off for months...Avoid Avoid Avoid in my opinion.

Adam was so helpful, listened to my requirements and got me the right car which is economical and very much me :) his customer service was outstanding, sadly he had the weekend off and when I dealt with another person and it was clear to me that Adam’s approach to customer service was by far, at a high standard. 100% attention to details and requests and didn’t use his phone during our appt which was very much appreciated. Would recommend dealing with this sales guy all the time.The car is perfect and the manager ordered me a new parcel shelf as a final touch as the car didn’t have one which I hadn’t asked for.Above and beyond service.
