Rickshaw

We've ordered from here in the past and it was our go to chinese.Unfortunately this latest visit ended up having everything inedible, all the food tasted like it was frozen and reheated in a microwave which is really suprising considering its a saturday and at 8pm.We called up just asking whats going on as its not like this normally, no apology, no reason for the poor food and the only answer we had was theres no manager to speak to so we are stuck spending around £50 for the food to just go in the bin.We ordered crispy beef that was soaked and not crispy.Chicken with batter that wasnt cooked all the way through and which you can bend in half without them cracking as they were soggy.Special fried rice was boiled rice that was reheated and the extras were added after going by the taste of it.We can understand if a chefs off or if something is going on but no apology or any attempt to explain the situation or resolve it in any shape or form, we just cant recommend going here if this is their attitude.

First time trying this Chinese. Ordered salt and chilli Chips, smoked garlic chicken and curry sauce for delivery. Delivery toke 30 minutes which is good as they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour.The food was very filling and the smaller garlic chicken was the best one I’ve tasted recently.Cost £14.80 with delivery, I feel it was great value for money.High key recommend this Chinese!!!

Gorgeous food and was delivered quicker than said by a very polite gentleman.We had the fully loaded and was way more than enough for 3 of us.will definitely be ordering again.

First time here and was so good! We had the rickshaw fully loaded for £23 and it was so fresh, hot and we had a really decent amount of food! The food was crispy and the Salt and chilli chicken was to die for… haven’t found a nice one since An Khang swapped chefs, so this was a huge plus!Delivery took about an hour and a 1/2 on a Wednesday evening but I’d rather wait for decent food like that than have fast food that’s poor quality! Our new go to :)

The whole meal was just disgusting! The chips tasted funky and looked like they had been cooked multiple times, the beef in the beef curry was rancid I couldn't eat it and a portion of honey spare ribs that was just a carton of gristle fat! That's the 2nd time in a row my food has been inedible from there. Will not be ordering again absolutely foul

All i can say is wow my food was amazing .. sweet and sour pork beautiful... Chicken balls not to thick with chicken or batter was perfect..

Really stingy portions in the £20 meal for two. Not much meat at all in the main meals, which are in a small foil trays to begin with, like something you'd get a starter in. Chicken balls were more like chicken strips.

Arrived 2hours after ordering, soggy and cold food, ribs were so fatty, chicken balls were cooked but left to then sit in the bag for a long time, i know that as the paper bag was soaking from the amount of time they spent in the bag, we used to order every week and it was good but the last few orders have been terrible.
