Having read the reviews online I was sketical as to if the warranty provider would pay out over works required to my car. This was mostly due to the fact that there were some inaccuracies in the service history (As to what the dealership has told me to what was actually correct) - However, I had the opposite experience to what I was expecting the staff were extremely supportive, knowledable and understanding and extremely quick to respond. Special thanks goes to Declan who handled my claim which successfully paid out this week. 5/5 Would use again.

They specifically don’t cover a new clutch which I have been quoted nearly £1000 to replace. What is the point of having a warranty cover if you can’t use it? They offer you a warranty, but they don’t cover the only reason your car fails. These companies make me sick! What a joke!

Updated my private registration number, no quibble done with a simple email. Had issue with the car got it booked in and car was repaired and again no quibble. Very impressed and would definitely recommend as it’s already paid for the warranty with the first hassle free Claim.

I had asked my dealership to liaise with Autoguard regarding my claim . After two weeks of excuses from the dealership I was told that Autoguard still hadn’t approved my claim . I made one call to Autoguard , was immediately connected to a well informed and very knowledgeable claims advisor who listened , took note of my situation and dealt with the claim within an hour . My dealership had told me that Autoguard can be hard to deal with , this is nonsense !One call was all it took , brilliant customer service, and very reassuring.Don’t trust your dealership ( they lie to you) , do put your trust in Autoguard .I’m glad I did ,

If I can give them 0 star I would. I'm a dealership. I've got signed up with autoguard warranties And they haven't done any good. But I ask all dealerships not to sign with them. They are crooks now. I have thrown all their signs in the bin. They don't deserve to be warranted to you. They do not pay any of yourscience, believe. Yeah, I'm a successful dealership and all the customers came back to me after they got turned off by them.Please guys if you're ready. Do not sign with them, they are crooks. They take your money and leave you ask questions they'll close your clients.

Have had to made 1 claim on my Autoguard warranty & all went very well. The people I spoke to initially the car problem occurred were helpful & confirmed the process to follow.Once the garage had identified the problem & repair work required they sent this to Autoguard & it was only 1 day until Autoguard confirmed they would cover all costs. Unfortunately, I then had to wait over 2 weeks for parts, but once repair was done I emailed over all required documents & received full payment via bacs 2 days later. Glad we purchased the warranty with the car.

I cannot recommend Autoguard Warranties highly enough. They paid out on my GAP insurance with no questions asked. They provided a fast settlement, excellent communication, great customer service and professionalism throughout the claims journey. They turned a bad experience into a positive one. Declan was my case handler and he was amazing. Really professional, proactive and listened to our needs as a customer. Thank you Guys!

The hardest part about Autoguard is that they require the garage to contact them about repairs - I found it hard to find a garage willing to do this. But after this, the experience was perfectly easy - every time I called they were really nice over the phone and they authorised repairs exactly according to the T&Cs, no quibbles or surprises. After sending documentation, the money was in my account within two days. Really happy with the experience and saved me a big headache with a negative experience on a new (to me) car. Thank you!

The whole experience dealing with Autoguard was easy and trouble free, well worth taking out the warranty, due to issues with my vehicle had to contact them and everything was sorted with no problems.
