Alessandra provided onsite massage in our office for 25+ staff members, the feedback from everyone was great. The environment she created was very calming and she made sure she communicated to you throughout making sure the massage was tailored to the individual needs. Alessandra takes the time to talk you and work out exactly what's needed, emotionally and physically. Her warm and calm approach feels very holistic.She has an amazing way of intuitively finding the exact points where there are knots and pain, where tension is being held. This combined with her careful selection of oils based on my particular needs makes for a wonderful massage every time.My body feels so much lighter straight after the massage and for some time afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend.

I was gifted a session with Ali for my birthday. Not know what to expect, I thought I would be pummelled, so was slightly trepidatious as I had recently cracked the same rib, not once, but twice, doing day to day clumsy stuff. She listened to me and my osteoporosis ridden trials and tribulations and gave me a massage that was gentle, effective and reassuring. Alessandra kept me informed of what she was doing and explained why she was doing it, hardly moving, yet making a difference.The room smelled heavenly and I left feeling rested. I have been getting a message from Alessandra twice so far, I plan to go again at some point. She is a lovely and understanding woman, she listens to your problems and focuses on the areas that needs more attention. After leaving a session with her I feel a lot lighter and wished it could of gone on longer. Wow!!My treatment was remarkable in a very positive way.The pre-massage phone interview was thorough and informative. As soon as she placed her hands on me I felt confident and I knew I was going to be looked after. I then went on a concious journey of being 'opened up'. It was truly brilliant. I walked back home after my appointment and I felt like I was walking on air.Alessandra is obviously 100% invested in helping people through her treatments. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Alessandra has such a lovely energy, you feel truly safe and relaxed in her hands. Each session is slightly different and we work together intuitively. I suffered from headaches quite badly and within my first session Alessandra figured out where there were coming from and since having monthly massages I have not experienced any kind of tension headaches.

Ali is a fantastic massage therapist. Beautiful hands and way of listening- both to what I said and my body. I experienced some myofascial release techniques which were incredible and cleared up a long standing calf issue I had been experiencing. Highly recommend if you want a knowledgeable, intuitive and all round fab massage!

I had the most incredible massage from Ali. She is such a knowledgable and highly skilled practitioner, with a holistic approach to her clients - right from the pre appointment assessment through to giving me advice on areas to focus on when stretching etc. I run regularly and can get very tight muscles, her use of myofascial release techniques was incredible for this. I cannot recommend her highly enough - it is money very well spent on investing in your joint and muscle health!
