Only downside is it doesn't stock as much like Loughborough in terms of arts and crafts and a few other things. Just scaled down.

Poor service from Mangers. Had a issue with two mirrors purchases from the store where the product was faulty phones to ask why this happened twice and was told basically what do I want refund or exchange" no help to try and resolve the issue which is happening in there factory or how they are storing in warehouse"

It was quite and tidy when we went in the colleagues where helpful but when they needed a supervisors support it all went wrong, personally I was disgusting and felt for the colleague on the till that was desperately trying to help.

A nice & clean The Range in Coalville shopping area, seems “posher” than other Range stores.Lots of gorgeous Christmas trees, lights, decorations and gifts, which is so lovely to see.Store sells almost everything; food & snacks, household items, pet food & stuffs, drinks, toys, DIY items, garden supplies, lightings, curtains & blinds, kitchen appliances & utensils, and more. Key cut service in store too. Great prices on most items.Shop in store, click & collect, and shop online.It’s quite busy when I visited the store in the afternoon, but only 1 checkout available and the queue was long. The staff at the checkout was polite.Free parking space in the shopping area, including disabled, children & parents parking spaces, I believe it has no time limit at the moment.

Very quiet at the time we visited but that gave us a better visit to look at the good display of the vast range of goods

We went to buy a carton of MYO red wine, they didn't have any in their store but they went on line to get it for us.Thankyou ladies

Classic range - don’t really know how to give shops like this a 5* as they’re always just ok - do exactly what you need but nothing special!

Small and cramped. Need wider aisles for a comfortable shopping experience. Very little in the way of autumn themed decor which was disappointing

Store itself isn’t too bad. Smaller than the Loughborough one. Would help if the opening times were correct on here and on the main sign at the store rather than an a4 piece of paper on the door where you enter… actual Sunday opening hours are now 10-4 not 10:30-4:30. Tried to go as realised I had forgotten something, checked the times online and when I went round staff member rather abruptly told me they were closed!

Why would you say closes 4:30pm on Sunday while your staff don’t allow customers from 4:00pm and they are really rude when you tell them your website states closing time 4:30. Your Coalville staff are really rude and abusing working hours.
