Lovely staff at this store. Phoned up in advance to ask if I could exchange a charm bought during lockdown, was greeted promptly instore and shown all the Disney charms as I'm a sucker for them! All exchanged and sorted with minimal fuss.

Rubbish service when asked to speak to manager was told was not in but after two minutes asked to speak to manager again suddenly was in the back.still not resolved after two visitsNot very good at resolving issues even if it could be resolved a different way. Went to chesterfield not sure if it was the manager or not but gues what resolved in one visit in less than 5 mins well worth the drive.
