I bought a pair of hooped silver earrings at this shop for £29 and, on getting home, I find that I cannot open them however hard I try. On phoning the owner, she was quite terse and said that she can open them for me, but, as I live a 60 mile round trip away, that would simply not be feasible for me to go to her to be able to put them on and take them off. She refuses to take them back even though I can't possibly have worn them, as I can't open them. These were a one off treat for myself for my birthday next week and It will be one sixth of my weekly income completely wasted. The earrings are not fit for purpose. Beware.

I have shopped here a few times. The owner was very helpful in finding me a long gold and a long silver chain for layering. There is a huge range from affordable small gifts to really beautiful statement pieces. I would defiantly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with the choice and help provided by Nicole in the shop. My wife was stunned with the diamond pendant. From the first discussion to the sourcing of the piece to mark a very special birthday, Nicole was brilliant.Over the years friends and family have loved the beautifully designed ear rings and necklaces. Jolie Beau is a always a great place to visit in the run up to Christmas and Birthdays in our family.
