Visited Sheila Fleets factory and shop in Orkney. Met Sheila who showed me around the workshop and a cache of tiny pink diamonds just in that day to work with. Very friendly and welcoming experience. I bought a ring. Have since bought several pieces including a gold pendant which they also made into a brooch for me It is my favourite piece of jewellery. Five stars.

Ordered the 'Sweetheart' pendant as a present for someone and had to contact Sheila Fleet to make some changes to the order - the person I spoke to was fantastic, service was efficient and friendly, and the necklace is beautiful. Also have another necklace I've been wearing regularly for several years that shows no signs of wear, their jewellery really is of great quality!

I visited the store based on local recommendations and received truly exceptional service. The lovely sales Eileen went above and beyond, staying an extra 20 minutes after closing time to assist me. The jewelry collection was stunning and hand made. I highly recommend this store for the outstanding service and beautiful selection of jewelry!

I was only a few days in Edinburgh and wanted to buy a pair of rings, they commit to it and made it through. They had a wonderful customer service on the shop and over Facebook. My husband bought me a stunning Sheila Fleet ring for a birthday gift. A problem with it meant that I needed to contact Sheila Fleet for assistance. The response was immediate. Staff could not have been more helpful. The problem was resolved immediately and simply. I can't praise the customer service enough. Not only is the jewellery breath-taking, but the company operates to an incredibly high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheila Fleet to anyone.

So once again Sheila Fleet has come through for us! We've been buying Jewellery from them since 2017, in Orkney, and every year, every birthday and xmas, I get stuff from them for Christine...then came out wedding time! And again, Sheila Fleet came through with the most amazing set of wedding rings and accessories...we just can't say enough good things about this place! My wife and I just both picked up our wedding rings here. They were very helpful, and adjusted hers to match her oddly-shaped engagement ring for free (and it looks perfect). Lovely selection with lovely service.
