Absolute disgusting service.Been on the council list now for 5 years this coming November.I bid everyday and sometimes about 4 5 times.Still have nothing or been offered or even a view on a property.How can someone be on the list for almost 5 years and no viewing or even an offer.Id literally take anything about now doesn't even matter on the area

In my opinion, the system to getting a house and how to apply and the process of bands and priority could be done better. I believe the website could also be better and I also think phone lines should be available 24/7 and that there should be more information provided to people on what help they are entitled to. I suggest a leaflet when a person reaches a certain age that they are old enough to move out homelink could distribute leaflets to these people so they are aware of their options with regards to getting themselves a home if they are not financially able to afford a mortgage themselves and require council housing.

Our council is the best, fair to the people, application is fair to the UK people. Compared to others!!!!, won't even let u on.Staff are also lovely on the phone, kind and helpful.Believe me compared to other councils.They deserve so much more credit .

Awful. Everytime I speak to them I have the phone put down on me or I speak to someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.I’ve been waiting for a callback from them for 3 months and every time I call they say they’ve tried to ring me, yet I’ve had no missed calls?They also say they can’t see the original Medical Application or my emails but then another person says they can see the emails and they can see an application so which one is true??The attitude I receive from almost everyone is disgusting, the staff need proper training on how to speak correctly.

There are no available images for any of the properties...? Its 2021 your expected to bid on properties you want with zero photos therefore you have no idea if its ideal for you, not only wasting your own time but others time in the process

Beyond terrible call thier phones and wait 1 hour for an automated voice to tell you thier lines are very busy please call back later it then cuts off so I go into the building in person and I was greater with a very rude member off staff and a security guard who tell me its only open for appointments I tell them I've tried phoning for 5 days xant get through to any one was told leave or security will make me leave by force cheers nottingham city homes lovely way to treat a person who was born in nottingham and has worked and lived in nottingham my whole life you scumbags

Very easy to pay rent good website

Really bad , asked for help about moving as someone tried to get in my house at 1 in the morning.now my daughter is scared to stay in her own house. They said Phone the police/ well obviously I did come on. No help at all when I really need it. This council is broken.
