Ordered 3 beds and 2 mattresses. Sinead and Ateeq were easy to work with, no pressure sales approach and really honest people. Great selection of beds and bespoke arrangements from colour, size and embellishments. Just go in and ask. I will be using them again and would highly recommend.

From first stepping foot into the store to getting my bed into the house, the customer service was exceptional.Was unsure of what I wanted at first but after given some guidance by the staff member there, it made my choice alot easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great quality beds.

Great customer service and very friendly at the store. I knew more about beds when I left the store than I came in, which put me at ease about my purchase. I was regularly kept upto date by Ateeq who also delivered my bed, on time and fitted very quickly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a bed to visit Simply Beds. Thank you !

I bought 3 double beds with mattresses and a single bed base. The customer service was excellent. Zahir was very helpful and not pushy. We had the beds delivered within the week of placing our order and Shaz was brilliant with assembling the beds. Very happy with quality and price!! Would definitely be recommending simply beds to my family and friends.

My review is well over due I have had months to test the bed and mattress I bought. I received a great customers service with the help of choosing my fabric and design. Great advice was offered on the functionality of the ottoman design , which i went for; they then went the extra mile and measured up my hallway and stairs to make sure the bed would be of the correct measurements to get up to the bedroom. Everything was done with great care and ran smoothly, Thank you I will be back!
