The best CEX store I have visited thus far, every time I I go in there the service is impeccable, and customer service is on point. I would recommend the store to whoever needs second hand items. Selling old electronics is always hard. Sometimes here they are good other times it's difficult, but at least they are out the bin box for some cash.

I went in one day and was given a quote for what I'd get. I went back the next day, went through the testing, passed, and they offered me half the price they offered me the day before. Literally 24 hours later - with even more accessories! I decided to keep the items b/c bruh. I had to go back because they gave me the wrong cord back & somehow lost the additional ear tips I included. I give 2 stars only b/c most of the staff members are friendly.

Franchaise store of Computer Exchange. It's clean and the staff are pretty helpful. Good for sourcing older tech, games and media but make sure to do some research on prices as they are set by corporate, not at local level.

Terrible, got a £22 offer to sell my ps4 with 3 controllers, I said no. Then went to Palmers Green cex and they offered £80. This branch is a rip off, avoid going to this. Go to Palmers Green branch only 10 mins away !

I understand this company tries to make a profit, but sometimes the prices offered for your item are a complete joke. It's kind of a 'scam' at the end of the day, they buy your item super cheap and then sell it overpriced. You could sell your item for that same price!! definitely don't sell your stuff here. You can find good deals here though
