Phoenix Blinds and Shutters
All started out well, I was pleased with product and service. I asked the fitter not to drill into windows or walls to hold the cord supports in place. On the second visit to fit final blinds he did exactly what I asked him not to do, he drilled holes in my brand new window frames making the guarantee invalid. Have to say I am very angry, would not use again or recommend.

With all the recent uncertainty caused by the virus it's so nice to know that some things don't change......the superb service of Phoenix Blinds and Shutters! We had several queries and visited the showroom where everything was explained clearly and comprehensively by a cheerful and informative assistant. The price was better than all the competitors, and Tony our fitter was bang on time and worked quietly and very professionally till the new blinds were installed. He tidied the room, explained the mechanisms and left no mess. The workmanship and service throughout the project was first class.Thank you again!

We considered a few companies to install Shutters in our home but Stewart the owner of Phoenix was very knowledgeable and friendly so we plumped for him.We are thrilled with the work from the initial visit to the completed installation and would highly recommend anyone to talk to these guys before buying from anyone else.

Had shutters fitted today Tony the fitter did a great job and was so nice and polite and made sure that he had explained everything that I needed to know about shutters.Tony also left everything so neat & tidy.Will definitely use phoenix blinds again.

Easily the best service I've received from a local company in a long while.I have no idea about prices but the quote I received by phone was less than I was expecting and ridiculously easy to obtain.Owner Stewart came to measure up and was a delight to meet. No high pressure sales, good advice and totally efficient.The friendly fitter Stephen arrived on time, fitted all the blinds quicker than expected and left absolutely no mess.I am extremely happy with the product, the house looks transformed. I still can't believe how easy the whole process was, and the value for money.I would recommend Phoenix Blinds to anyone.

Phoenix Blinds and Shutters
I had plantation shutters fitted a couple of years ago by Phoenix and was delighted with the result. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent and the end result looks really good. They have also advised me since on how to remove and replace the shutters due to other work needed on my windows. I recommended them recently to my parents who have been equally delighted with the service provided. Definitely recommend them.

Phoenix Blinds and Shutters have just installed shutters to our new conversion. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and workmanship was of the highest of standard. The quote was very competitive. The fitter did an excellent job of installing the shutters. He was extremely courteous, took great care and followed strict covid procedures with PPE and hand sanitizing. I would highly recommend Phoenix!
