Mutlu is an exceptional driver. Always on time. Super friendly. Super responsive. He knows when to chat and when not to. I highly recommend him.

1,5 hour wait in cold to be lied to that the car is 10 mins away every time we called. I would not have been as annoyed if they were honest about the waiting time.

Lovely drivers in my experience and reasonable prices! Although you need to book early on the busy nights if you want a guaranteed ride home.

I pre booked a taxi for Sunday morning, taxi was late for more than 20 minute. Do not recommend if you want to get to work on time

Pre booked two taxis for 6pm…. One showed up on time the other 30mins later….won’t be using this lot again.

Excellent company!! Phoned to Book round trip to airport, operator very friendly and helpful. Received text prior to taxi arriving and arrived on time on both occasions drivers friendly and cars immaculate.Would highly recommend this company!!!

I have used Aberdeen taxis a few times now and 90% of the time I have been happy with the service. The drivers are on time and very friendly at very affordable prices however, 10% of the time the drivers can be quite unpunctual and I’ve learnt that the hard way. So when choosing a time for pick up give it 15 minutes give or take.

Great service, get text messages to confirm taxi has been booked, who the driver is, what type of car and number plate.

Have had good experiences with this taxi company in the past, actually preferred them to rainbow.Had a Sunday night at a friend's near Bridge of Don, called a taxi at 23:30. I told them we would take a taxi for whenever, and he kindly called me back at about 00:10, that it would just be ten more minutes.We called them half an hour later, and they said they'd be ten more minutes.I was then told at almost 1am it would be ten or fifteen more minutes.The taxi arrived at 1am, an hour and a half after I called them.I would have appreciated being told how long it would take and not be fully lied to twice.The guys seemed nice enough and apologised but really wasted my time.

Used them for first time last Friday on recommendation from a friend. Phoned at 5pm for a taxi at 5.15pm. No problem whatsoever. Friendly driver. Will continue to use them.
