Be warned, do not buy anything from here - They are crooks.Utterly unprofessional, unreliable and providing frankly dangerous products.We bought 2 Sash Windows last summer (2018), they are both very poorly made and not fit for purpose: They don't close properly, the wind howls through and they clearly pose a danger. We have blocked them because we are afraid for our children falling out.We contacted them in August 2018 (the day they were installed) and asked for properly made windows or a refund and they have not been responding or just replying nonsense with false promises.It is now February 2019 and they still haven't even had the decency to come and inspect their faulty windows - although they have promised to do so in a number of occasions.Just stay away..
