Very quick to respond to emails and always available to call, we booked a survey in no time and service was great.We had to cancel the survey twice unfortunately due to issues with the purchase, but both times Nick was very helpful and considerate, happy to postpone first time round and second time when the purchase fell through didnt bat an eyelid at offering a refund, excellent service and will hopefully get an opportunity to use again.
