Just to make the general public aware especially families with young children. These deckchairs were responsible for my horrific injury to one on my fingers which led to a hospital visit and head injury. Several weeks later after discussing my injury with the Trading Standards Authorities and the company they still refuse to acknowledge that a safety warning is essential to this unsafe and poorly designed deckchair. A simple safety warning on each and every chair would highlight the possibility of a very severe injury. Machine washable instructions on a unremovable cover could be replaced with a safety precaution one. This the company refuse to do !

Just had my third personalised deck chair made. Have always found staff very helpful with the designs I wanted. I supplied the basic information and the designers put it together. Would certainly recommend.The people who received the chairs very happy with the product.

Had to return the deckchairs, because they were not comfortable. Took several emails, which were not acknowledged, and then few days of daily calls to get them to organize return collection (as described in their website). After all this, they neglected to give refund, again had to chase them after it had been 7 working days. When they finally confirmed refund was processed, refund then only came through to me after 7 working days (5 (!) weeks from when I emailed first that I will return the chairs). Not a customer service focused company and I would certainly not consider ordering from them again.
