I have always bought my appliances from Garland Electronics, excellent products, good prices, reliable advice and prompt delivery. My 10 year old tumble dryer broke on Thursday, I phoned them, went in Friday morning, chose a new tumble dryer and it was delivered within hours. No hassle, which is essential if you are busy and also have a large family.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!Wanted to purchase a Washer/Dryer and not an inexpensive either at close to £800. Was told that one I wanted was in stock but later it became apparent that this was a display item. Naturally I was nervous that the machine be delivered without protective packaging at which point the owner said on the phone that he no longer has the time to deal with this and would no longer be prepared to sell it to me.Over the years I have purchased several items from this store but will never set foot in there again

This store has been here for as long as I've been alive, they've outlasted big chains in the area, they've survived the Internet sales boom, and they are still in there day after day.Great shop with great prices and they are always available to help.And if you've ever watched Sean of the Dead, this is the store Sean worked in.Can't recommend these guys enough!

Excellent friendly service. My fridge freezer broke during the weekend, on Monday I visited this shop, not only did they deliver my new fridge on the same day, free of charge, they installed it and took my broken one away for a small fee, (which was cheaper than the council). I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family. Laura.

I was in need of a specific Bosch fridge so I’d tried John Lewis, Curry’s and AO but none they had the item I required. So I walked into Garland’s. They could get the fridge within a few days and have it delivered. This they did and it was about £130 cheaper than the big chains. I will be back again.

My mums washing machine packed up and needed replacing. She called and confirmed with Jimmy (the boss) explained she lives alone, in a bungalow, and that the washing machine is located in the garage, but the garage door in broken, and therefore it needed to come straight through the house down 4 steps into the garage. He confirmed that would not be a problem, he also confirmed he would take away the old machine to recycle and confirmed he would take the packaging away. Also confirmed someone would call 15 minutes before delivery. Late yesterday evening, some 90 year old man turned up to deliver a new machine, already moaning about he's working late and hadn't eaten yet, and hadn't even stepped into the property. He took the machine in, and down the 4 steps into the garage. Disconnected the old machine leaving it in the middle, connected the new one and started to leave. My mum questioned the old man about the packaging and hes response was you can recycle it, ok, so what about the old machine, im not taking that he said, im a 92 year old man. My mum rung Jimmy first thing this morning and his first rude insulting response was, have you started moaning first thing

This shop is a rip off don't buy from him I bought two things from him less then one month it developed a falt. I went back for a replacement he point blankly refused to help. So be warned he takes your money and runs. That is he want help so him and his shop are there just to rip you off

Superb service. Bought a tumble drier at a very good price and had it delivered within 20 minutes of purchase. Old machine taken away and new one properly installed. Thanks to Raj at Garlands for fantastic service.

Brilliant company to deal with. We manage a large property rental portfolio and find them unbeatable on prices for our many clients and their product knowledge is astounding. Also honest about availability and delivery dates which isn't always the case with electrical appliance retailers.
