I was greeted by two lovely ladies who were my personal shoppers for two outfits.....I hate clothes shopping and they were helpful, kind and extremely good! I'm delighted with my outfits!Thank you Jan and Tracy ....what stars!

Lovely clothes but the customer service is appaulling!I am still chasing them for a refund as my dress was cancelled in March 2022 which I paid upfront in the brighton shop. Its been ping pong back & forth from head office to the shop.The tall blonde who spoke to me told me 'I couldnt care less what you do, it won't affect me one way or the other'! I just wanted my £149 back, but she was adamant to get me out the shop but realised police thrests did not work.So I have got the bank involved as I paid by credit card. Phoning head office is a waste of time, I have tried and worked in hobbs finance but give in my notice 3 years ago.Ill never shop there again.

Clothes aren't cheap but very attentive, professional customer service from the staff

Had a really good experience at the brighton shop today. Tracy was so helpful l never normally have a good time shopping for clothes but really enjoyed today. Tracy showed me how to accessorise. She was honest and so nice thank you will certainly be visiting again. Pauline Davis

Nice clothes. Shocking customer service. If there is a customer discount the staff don't apparently want it to give it to regular customers, charging full price at the till and hope you don't notice the discount has not been taken off.

Excellent, helpful staff. Lovely lady helped me so much and I got two gorgeous dresses. I have been here several times trying on lots of things and needing help deciding. All very nice experience not stressful or rushed.

Great Brighton store, my wife and I had a really good experience here. You know how men hate shopping, well Mandy was great,helped my wife and gave her good advice in helping her select a number of items. Excellent customer service. Try it
