This is the closest branch after closing Rumney. They close at 4pm when the earliest I finish work is 3pm, and I drive NO WHERE TO PARK. This is a service industry WHAT SERVICE!!!1 Star because I can't give 0.

The Wellfield rd Cardiff branch of Lloyds is an absolutely great local bank. All the staff are really friendly, super helpful. Chris in particular has been fantastic helping facilitate me manage an ill relatives account for the past 2 years

Never staffed adequately; very long queues and staff wandering around aimlessly avoiding eye contact with customers, just in case they have to engage and actually do their jobs - something that they're paid to do. This bank and its staff operations is analogous to the Pacman and Lemmings games.

Have had an account at this branch for over 15 years, never had any trouble. Usually not a long queue and staff are fast, efficient and friendly. Often use the cash deposit machine inside the branch if there is a long queue.

I open an acct this morning, this bank is brilliant! Staff are perfectly helpful and friendly specially Helen Smith..and there is someone as well askin me if i want some drinks cuppa tea or coffee.i looked at her name plate i just saw Hughes..their manager is approachable as well and wear great smile:) its a happy day for me indeed!Satisfied customerMarife Smith

Great if you don't work but if you do this branch closes too early and dose not open Saturdays any more :(It’s now six months on and I’m glad to say that this branch is now open Saturday mornings.
