I sent a picture of my damaged alko hitch to these guys on tuesday night 9:30pm as I wasn’t sure what parts i needed, 8:48am on Wednesday morning I received an email with the list of the parts needed and an invoice which i paid straight away. Parts arrived in the post on thursday amd fitted thursday night. Thats how you run a business!! It’s not rocket science but in my books that is a perfect display of old school basic business practice, so many companies don’t offer any where near that level of customer service, 10/10 to Taunton Trailers.
