Stress-free selling experience from start to finish, they handled every aspect in a friendly and responsive manner. We had multiple remote parties involved and so really appreciated the online sales progress link on the Property File. All staff were helpful and professional, from valuation to exchange, but a particular mention for Taylor who provided us with an exceptional level of service, communication and care. I would confidently recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area. The obvious choice!

As first time landlords we were somewhat nervous about setting out down this road. We need not have worried. Everyone at Peter Heron has been outstanding, particularly Victoria and Liyana. They have been professional, efficient and extremely patient in answering our many queries. The whole process from first contact to installing our first tenant has taken less than four weeks. No matter how busy she is or how many accounts she is dealing with she always manages to deal with our queries and issues quickly and in a professional and personal manner. 100% recommend Peter Heron - I wish we had went through them sooner.After poor experience with our previous landlord and estate agents, I was really worried about experiencing the same issues.From the beginning, Victoria was SO helpful and eased my nerves immensely!All of the staff at Peter Heron are amazing and easy to speak to.I have even spoken to Michael, from sales, a couple of times when the lettings team have been busy and he made sure our messages were passed straight to the lettings team and ensured the team called us straight back.Cannot fault them in any way.
