Bad customer experience, more than happy to call you to show a free trial but now we are actually a paying customer I have had no help or contact.Sent an email to our Account Manager with no response, then sent an email to the Contact Us" function in case our Account Manager had left - no answer again. (They send an automatic email to say a response should take 24 hours - 48 hours)I have actually asked another business we work with who also use this tool

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Their high pressure sales tactics are sickening, and because of new privacy laws this tool is absolutely USELESS. They claim in the trial you only see a portion of the results their tool can get you and after you sign up there is so much more - this is an absolute lie. What you see is what you get.I run a small company that was pressured into this mess, and when we couldn't pay the bill in full and tried to negotiate a payment arrangement they threatened legal action! After charging me for a service that did NONE of what they promised, and locking me into an ironclad contract that was impossible to get out of. Seriously, on an ethical level, steer clear of this company.

Lead Forensics system is a must for every sales organization in a company. This is a secret weapon that if more people knew about it, it would increase their leads and sales. I see it in action daily and it is impressive. I also know that the success of Lead Forensics is also based on their foundation which are the people who run it.
