NE Coachworks have recently completed a Land Rover Defender restoration for me as a private client. Initially a cash settlement from my insurer I decided to appoint them to undertake the damage repair as well as a full restoration of the bodywork. I was given a fixed cost for the work, the back up of a 1 year guarantee on the work and clear correspondence with photos throughout the process. Glenn has always been very helpful and polite as the primary point of contact and the team have done a 5 star job of the bodywork and full repaint. I can say that I'm delighted and I would certainly give them a recommendation. Thanks guys!

My VW Transporter was taken here to get repaired as it was involved in accident that needed the near side wing mirror replacing along with the passenger side glass and every panel from the wing mirror to the rear of the van painting.The van came back better than it was before the accident. Fantastic job and the staff were very helpful fron the office to the workshop. They all have excellent communication skills keeping you informed of progress.Only wish the other side was damaged in the accident.I highly recommend this workshop.

Awful place, went through insurance to get some damage to wheel arch fixed, and when the car come back somebody had keyed the bonnet, when I spoke to them about it the manager tried to tell me it was there when the car arrived, it definitely wasn't because its practically a brand new car, in very good condition. I'm now currently in a dispute with the insurance because of these absolute cowboys, avoid these melts at all cost.

I have used North of England several times both personally and professionally and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have dealt with everything from small dents and scraps, to helping me with my car was written off. Service I can't fault on any level. Definitely would recommend.

Had my lease car (21 plate Toyota Rav4 black addition) repairs done here after a truck smashed all the driver's side in bumper to bumper. Got the car back yesterday and it's like magic...it basically looks like it's just rolled off the production line. I thought the matching in of the deep Galaxy black paint might be an issue but it's a 100% perfect match. Amazing! Phoned the garage straight away to thank the team... Special thanks to the manager Danny I'm chuffed to bits

Be careful using these my car was taken there after someone reversed into my door and came back with missing parts I was told to put it into perspective that is just a couple of items well that is poor attitude as far as I’m concerned because if I was to go to there works and damage a couple of things it wouldn’t be a case of it’s ok it’s just a couple of things they would probably call the police they have said they will fix what they broke but have said it could take months as they don’t make Audi parts in this country hmmm just make sure you check your car fully when it comes back I couldn’t check mine as it was delivered and keys put through door while I was at work I think maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice came back today 25th of July asked him not to remove me dashcam this time as he can unplug it I videoed my interactions with staff as the initial interaction after I pointed out they damaged my car was disgusting the 3rd photo is how it should have looked when I got my car back in the first place now to test to see if the rubber in the window works and doesn’t let air in

Never use this company!!!! My car was in for a damaged front bumper (insurance company sent me here). It took 3 months same excuses waiting for parts. Picked the car up eventually and returned the courtesy car clean in and out. My car however was covered in a thick layer of dust and hadn't even been hovered inside, total disgrace !!! Trust me avoid this company like the plague.

Lovely, friendly staff who changed my number plate in 5 mins with no charge. Brilliant

Fantastic company, I had works carried out and was over the moon, all staff friendly and helpful and explained any delays that could occur with parts from the offset and kept me well informed, would happily recommend to friends and family.
