Animal Trust Vets CIC - Failsworth

I only gave 4* because it took me 3 months to get through to the practice to book an appointment. I couldn't speak to an adviser over the phone and the website kept showing the same error message since January. I canceled my DD and then received a letter threatening me with debt collectors. However my pet has never ever received any treatment before from this practice.Finally when I got through my pet was booked in for the next day.Parking is available on site however it can be busy. I was called in when the appointment was booked with no delay. My cat got her vaccine and finished in 5mins. The staff is friendly. I'd suggest to try and book appointments via your account.Edit: The half-price starter pack for new pets costs £37.50 at the moment. It includes flea and worm treatment and microchip. Ensure that you make this payment right before or after the appointment at the front desk otherwise they keep sending you notices of outstanding payment. I paid mine on Monday however still received a letter 4 days later. Probably it was sent out automatically but it's now disturbing at this point.

We were recommended this vets by the emergency vet hospital after we nearly lost our boy due to negligence somewhere else - and they are fab! He loves going to see them, they're great with him & with us and nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't take him anywhere else now, absolutely cannot fault them at all!

Very nice staff. Brilliant vets. Georgina is my fave. Really good with the dogs. Let's Mia sniff round so she sees theres nothing threatening. Just a brilliant place. Thanks for being there.

Great vets, taken my two cats to them a few times and they always know how to help them.Make sure you take something to cover your cats carriers as the cat section is right next to where people queue up which puts dogs about 3 steps in front of where you sit and the dogs are usually eye level with the cat carriers which freaks the cats out.

Joined animal trust after a bad incident at Manchester St Vets, the vets and staff here are lovely! They were very chatty and welcoming to both me and my dog, put me at ease regarding her condition and it’s was honestly a really nice experience. My anxiety had been horrific after my bad experience and now I’m more than comfortable to take my dogs to animal trust! X

I was so worried about my 9 week old puppy. I rang Animal Trust, and they saw her straight away. Couldn't thank them enough.

A follow-up upVisit for my dogs vaccination. I'd signed up for Pet Plan so the vaccination, worming tablets and flea treatment were free covered by Pet plan. Well worth signing up for at £14.99 a month and for peace of mind knowing my dog us covered.

They took very good care of a poorly kitten we rescued who had a serious injury to her tail and had to have amputation.. its the day after and she is doing great ❤️
