Couldn't fault the service from measuring & estimating, to completion of the floor. Great choice, advice and prices for carpets and laminate flooring. The fitter Steve was a proper tradesman, quick, friendly, professional and left the room clean & tidy after completion. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for future flooring or carpets, particularly as this is a local business. Keep up the good work John.

Lots of carpets to choose from. We are extremely happy with ours. From ordering it was fitting within a week. Having had a previous bad experience with other carpet fitters from elsewhere making damage to our skirting boards these fitters were excellent. Great communication and good value. See you again in the new year.

Live near here and always past and seems like a nice little shop, owner always in the window staring at people.Went in to get a quote for a carpet and no hello or greeting just an abrupt demand to put hand sanitiser on. After waiting behind a woman that was being served, still no greeting, I was asked if I could produce a card to why I'm not wearing a mask, hello to you to! I explained I was exempt and he seemed dissatisfied with this answer and pushed for me to show him something which legally I am not entitled to do.What a lovely welcome.He asked what I want in a cold way and I ask if there are any offcuts, he said no, of course there was no offer to what I would like or how he could help further.One last attempt to get somewhere I say I don't know much about carpets but I am needing a certain length and he says 'we have all carpets'.It was clear that he didn't want to help which was a shame, there was only 1 person in the shop so he didn't seem to be busy. Even if he was busy, the minimal level of customer service should of been obtained. Disappointed, I thank him and leave.I don't know if it's because I am a young female that he was like this as I don't think he would of done this to a grown gentleman.Nevertheless I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

I recently had my laminate flooring in my living room renewed. Steve was my fitter, just on his own - and he never stopped. He was polite, courteous and respectful of my property. Asking 'is it OK if I move this here?' etc.The finish is amazing and has totally transformed my room.I would definitely recommend for future projects.

5star and some. What a lovely man Steve is. Friendly, polite, quick and tidy. It's not often you get such good service. Would I use this company again YES! Would I recommend to others, ABSOLUTELY!

Disgraceful customer service. I have been advised that they are not taking a stairs and landing area job,as it is too small.The guy was almost absent when he heard what is about.This is in contradiction with the friendly service described.Disappointed.

Bought carpet ...fitters and sales team were excellent. However, within a month of the carpet being laid it began to become really patchy in shades. Even walking on it makes it look like something has been spilt on it. I raised this withe shop who sent someone out who then proceeded to argue that this is perfectly normal..its all the fashion now and basically my fault for choosing the sample in the shop..which I still don't think is at all representative of the carpet I am stuck with..Will not be using this shop again.
