While the customer service's assistance is appreciated, the quoted cost for replacing a window in a high-rise building is significantly higher than other shops. My building is designed with a Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) on roof. An additional £3,000 is added for their staff's operation of BMU (they don't bring the machine; just need insured and trained staff in the cradle from roof! that easy thing for £3,000!!).

Ordered to our specifications and installed to a very high quality.Edit: Salisbury Glass have now also replaced our old conservatory from the foundations up with a solid roof design, a game changing addition to the house that feels way more like an extension than a conservatory! Highly recommend.

Salisbury Glass have recently replaced our original 15yr old conservatory from the brickwork up, giving us a fabulous new insulated roof with 4 x roof windows that is now a feature in our bungalow, the conservatory is no longer a conservatory it's a room !!!!...a very nicely lit room too with downlighters installed as part of the package (an additional brick wall, new windows, new doors, new roof, plastering and lighting)....we are so pleased with with our new addition to the home, it has made a massive difference !! This is not the first time we have used Salisbury Glass and there is good reason for that, they have provided excellent service, excellent workmanship, excellent value for money and nothing is too much trouble, would definitely recommend !

We're impressed with Gavin and Simon's fantastic installation work this week. We placed an order for several large windows, bi-fold and Solidor doors - the quality of the products is outstanding, and everything was left clean and tidy on completion of the job.A special thank you to Kevin in sales for sorting out all our requests and changes and to everyone at Salisbury Glass for such a speedy and friendly service. Fantastic overall service. Kept up to date from Kevin & the office. They had a cancellation so our new front door was fitted earlier than quoted. Special mention to Nathan our installer who worked tirelessly to ensure the old door & frame was removed (it was difficult) and our new door looks amazing.

Full marks to Salisbury Glass! They did a wonderful job of installing our new front door yesterday. Our fitter was Jess who arrived on time, worked very hard and was professional throughout. His standard of work was exceptional and he paid great attention to detail. Fantastic and we thoroughly recommend. Also to mention that the consultant who first visited us to discuss our requirements was courteous and informative . Highly recommend!

Got eight windows and a front door done , now looking to refurbish our conservatory. Was pleased to deal with salisbury glass as there was no salesmanship, no coming back with a cheaper quote after a few days , no messing about, just straightforward selling you what you want to buy at a. Reasonable price. Decent quality good and pleasant fitters and helpful surveyor

We had secondary glazing installed in four of our rooms and the results are outstanding - far beyond our original expectations.The standard of workmanship is superb, especially given that the house is 300 years old and none of the windows are straight, so each frame had to be made to order. The installation teams - Jesse, Jake and Kieran - were a credit to the company; very fast, very professional and a pleasure to have in the house.The frames look great and the noise reduction has been immediate and very noticeable. We’re looking forward to seeing the same impact on heat retention in the winter.Other reviewers have mentioned delays. We had the same problem and - supply chain issues aside - their organisation could do with a shake up, particularly their communication with the customer. On the plus side, however, everyone we spoke to was unfailingly polite and helpful, and as keen as we were to resolve the problem.Would we use them again? Absolutely. Whatever admin issues we ran into, the finished product made it more than worth the wait.

We placed an order for window sills with Salisbury glass, once we had written confirmation that they would be with us in two weeks and we had paid in full the service stopped. 7 weeks later we are still paying £100 every week to keep our scaffolding up, I chase Salisbury Glass regularly and the young man happy to take our money is never available. We could have used a national supplier who could also provide the sills in two weeks and were a similar price but we always try to support local business when we can. What a mistake. Next time we will use a larger, national and more reliable supplier. Our 'keep it local' decision has so far cost us £500.
