VWFS Rent-a-Car Belfast
This place was pretty far out of town (so add £15ish return for a taxi) and the pick up process took a long time (20-30 mins).The gentleman serving us though was very helpful and patient, and even allowed us some extra time for return the next day.Value for money was good, but again that taxi fare just offset things more than I'd have wanted.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with car rental places so I went in expecting issues. I had no reason to be concerned, John was very friendly and helpful, the price and conditions were good and the car was in great condition. Can highly recommend VWFS rentals and John in particular

VWFS Rent-a-Car Belfast is the best car rental company I have ever come across. Their staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable - especially Nick. Their cars are great and you always get the one you book. The prices are much cheaper than their competitors. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, couldn’t recommend more! Such reasonable pricing considering it was over the Christmas holidays! Nick was great, he was so helpful and provided us with an upgrade on the car as well which was fab! Friendly and attentive, you wouldn’t find a better rental car service in Belfast!Car was in exceptional condition. We even got a free lift home once we returned the car! 10/10

Excellent service and even called on our way there to pick up the car to make sure we were OK and if needed any directions! Very professional and a lovely car was supplied and only a year old! Very happy as my Brother saved around £130 for picking the car from Boucher and not the Airport!! A shuttle service would be great mind you to and from the City Airport even if there was a small charge?? But anyway thanks again guys!Claire Mc Greeghan // Nigel McGreeghan

We rented a car here for a few days and it was great. Nick, the rental manager. was very friendly, polite, and professional. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Straight up with their costs as well, no hidden fees or last minute charges like many other car rental places.

Really impressed with my rental car. Nick was amazing and so helpful and upgraded my car. Car was perfect and was a dream to drive. Everything was perfect and easy to do. Will definitely be getting in contact with Nick the next time I have to rent a car. Customer service was perfect unlike some places I've used in the past.
