Michael came to do an annual service on our electric boiler after we noticed it was dripping constantly. He replaced the expansion vessel and the temperature and pressure relief valve as they were no longer working. Michael was very friendly and helpful! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. It also was very easy to book him in. Will definitely use Easyflow again in the future! Very efficient service!

After struggling to get a plumber to replace a leaking pressure reducing valve on our OSO unvented water heater I found EasyFlow's website. I was pleasantly surprised to find they are actually based in Altrincham. The receptionist took a message. In less than 5 minutes I had a call from one of the engineers Chris. He was able to call and competently replaced the valve whilst here. It is so refreshing to find really good customer service and competent people in the plumbing/heating trade. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them for unvented water heater work.

Chris and the team at Easyflow look after unvented cylinders that I have in tenanted apartments. They have always been fantastic at managing the servicing and any repairs needed. Always on time, courteous with tenants and provide me with all the information I need. Would highly recommend to any other Landlords in a similar situation or indeed anyone who has an invented cylinder

I called and had an engineer with me the same day. The customer service and direct communications with a professional was speedy and excellent.My boiler fault was with the main electrics and it is a shame the qualified boiler technician was not able to fix this too however I now realise this needed a qualified electrician.Overall happy with the service from this company.

Mike carried out an annual service of our unvented water cylinder for our family. He was punctual, efficient, and professional throughout, keeping us informed when he would arrive.
