Franking Limited

A person who said he was from this company telephoned about franking supplies. We told him we didn't need anything - he was persistent and refused to take no for an answer so we eventually put the phone down. He rang back again and was extrememly rude to my staff and refused to give his name. This is not the way to try and get business and we will cetianly not even consider using them now.

I ordered some inks for my Pitney Bowes franking machine and asked tentatively if there’s any way it could come urgently. The girl went the extra mile and said that for 12.99 they could deliver it the same day. I was dubious that it was logistically possible. But it came that afternoon. Unbelievable service. They saved the day
